When are Items shipped?
Items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent out with the following tracking number for reference.

Characteristics of Flex:
- high durability
- no color-fading in the laundry
- smooth, even surface of the print
- to be ironed inside out, do not iron directly on the print

Flex retains its colors long throughout a life of regular washing at 40°C. As with all printed fabrics, please wash and iron inside-out.

Flex compared to Flock:
Both techniques have the same high standards in regard to quality, that is, maximum durability and no color fading. Only difference is the look and feel of the material. While Flex is very smooth, Flock is a little bit fluffy.

Returns
Our Tees are made to order, we do not allow returns, but if it was a mistake on our behalf, we are gladly to accept returns. If you have a fitment issue, or question, please email us for a solution.
